R&D Line
The Infrabaker R&D line is specifically designed for test and R&D kitchens. It is the perfect solution to try out new product recipes using IR technology. It allows to test all types of foods and different kind of processes: cooking, baking, coloring, melting, deglazing...
Although it is a very compact unit that is quickly put into place, it does have sufficient capacity to simulate a production run and verify product uniformity.

Compact Line
This line combines maximum movability with a compact exterior. With its integrated electrical cabinet and air management system, you are able to move this unit from one side of your production facility to another with no extra installation work. Simply plug in and apply the infrared technology whenever and wherever it is needed.
Due to its size it is also the ideal choice for smaller scale productions or processes that require a shorter exposure to infrared.

Modular Line
The best option for large scale productions, this line offers a modular design in both width and length, without compromising the flexibility that infrared processing offers. There are 3 standard widths available: an effective processing width of 600 mm, 900 mm or 1200 mm. The length is also variable and can be extended in sections of 3 meters.
This modularity continues even after your installation. Should your production needs change your Infrabaker will follow suit. An existing line can be extended or downsized by adding or removing units and you even have the possibility to split an existing line into multiple lines or combine existing lines into one. Your initial investment is never lost.

Stone Belt
The Infrabaker SB Modular is an infrared oven with stone belt conveyor.
The Infrabaker SB modular combines the unique properties of 100 % electrical infrared radiation with the integration of a stone firing in a fully continuous cooking tunnel.
Like no other material, stone is able to absorb and store heat and transfer it to the specific dough products that benefit from high heat impulses. In addition, the stone retains its heat for longer and radiates a constant heat over a longer baking time.
The Infrabaker stone band ensures a better oven bounce, a more even and consistent browning process, faster and better rising of the bread, and a crispier and crunchier crust.
Intensive tests have shown remarkable results in the processing of special bread doughs, pizza, tarte flambée, flat breads (pita, tortilla, focaccia, naan, etc.).
Due to its modular design the oven can be extende over time without loosing the initial investment
